Margaret Rose (Barrett) Rodway
July 22, 1938 – July 5, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mom, Nanny Marg, Gammy, Margaret Rodway in the presence of her loving family on July 5, 2023. She is survived by her sons: Clev (Gwen), Gord Jr., Jim (Judy) Rodway; sisters: Ruple Upward and Linda Hann; sisters-in-law: Jean Ford and Helen (Chuck) Higgins; grandchildren: Kyle (Megan), Erika, Janine, Madison, and Mackenzie; great-grandchildren: Owen and Jackson; and a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Predeceased by husband Gord, her parents William and Ina Barrett and in-laws Alfred and Lydia Rodway; sister Gert (Herb) Brown; in-laws Steward Upward, Olive (Frank) MacWhirter, Charles Rodway, Wallace (Maxine) Rodway, Humphrey Ford, Marguerite (Bill) Bungay; niece Tanya Campbell; and grandson Gordon Osmond.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. with The Very Rev. Catherine Short officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Janeway Children’s Hospital.
