It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd William Wagner announce his passing on September 4th, 2023, at Labrador Health Centre at the age of 87.

Lloyd was born in Maitland NS. In his teens, he lived in Toronto & Chicago. In 1959, he moved to Happy Valley, he worked a variety of jobs until he took his career job with Esso for 33 years until his retirement in 1998.

Lloyd was a devoted family man and raised his children with love and respect. His proudest moment was becoming a grandfather to his 3 grandchildren. Claire, Olivia, and Noah.

He was a hard worker, a great provider, and a wonderful friend to all. He enjoyed gardening from growing his own vegetables to tilling gardens for others. He was a man of many talents from baking homemade bread & baked beans to entertaining friends and family near & afar. He truly loved a good game of cards, singing and playing his guitar. Lloyd loved a great joke and a good laugh. Lloyd always had a smile.
