It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lucy Lavers announce her passing on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Care Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 85 years. She leave to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Jean (Scott) Partridge, Salt Lake City and Lucille (Mike), Grovesdale, Alberta; step-sons: Wilson (Hazel) and Joseph (Hilda); grandchildren: Joille (Dereck) Arenson, Michael, Corinne, Tyrone, Desmond (Jennifer) and Vernon (Connie); great-grandchildren: Baron, Maggie, Tyler, Brendan, Benjamin, Jamie, Landon and Nathan. As well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Wilson, parents Archie and Selina MacIssac. Cremation took place at Humber Valley Crematorium on Wednesday, March 10th. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix.
