Stephenville Crossing, NL

April 30, 1940 – September 27, 2023

 

 

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Pauline Bishop announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on September 27th, 2023 at the age of 83 years.

 

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons:  Curtis, Brian (Karen), Brad (Rachelle) and her three precious grandchildren: MacKenize, Blake and Craig; her sisters:  Kay Ford and Cynthia (Stanley) Squires; brother John (Judy) Hammond; sisters-in-law:  Shirley Kelloway, Marilyn Hammond and Mona Hammond as well as many nieces and nephews.  Also her very special friend Madeline Parsons.

 

Pauline was predeceased by her parents Frank and Muriel Hammond, her beloved husband Gordon, brothers:  Vincent, Bill, Fintan and Edward Hammond, her sister Jean Hickey, mother and father-in-law Robert and Rita Bishop, brothers-in-law Riv Ford, Joseph Hickey and Robert Bishop and her sister-in-law Joanne Hammond.

 

Pauline was born April 30th, 1940 in Lance Cove, Bell Island, NL.  She would call Stephenville Crossing her forever home.

 

We hold her close within our hearts and there she shall remain to walk with us throughout our lives until we meet again.

So rest in Peace and our thanks to Pauline for all that she has done.

We will miss you and love you forever.

 

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
