Emily Jane was born August 8, 1962 and grew up in Forresters Point on the Great Northern Peninsula, a place in which she loved dearly. Emily moved to Blanc Sablon in 1990 working and where she found the love of her life Danny. Emily Jane got engaged to Danny, they didn’t have their own children, but they considered their sisters kids as their own, Brittany and Emily and late Martin was like their son. Emily Jane was the glue that held everyone together, putting others needs before any of her own. She worked at many jobs and was the person everyone came to for a chat or for a shoulder to lean on. An amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and coworker gone too soon. Her hands were never idle. She loved making crafts for every occasion and decorating her house and her shed. She enjoyed her get togethers in her shed with all her friends and music being played and everyone was welcome to her home.
She used to say: The more, the merrier. She was a happy person.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to doctors, nurses, and staff while she was in the hospital.
The family will be receiving friends at Saint Mary’s church in Forrester’s Point, visiting hour and the funeral service time to be announced.
Rest in peace Emily Jane Taylor
