It is with great sadness that the family of the late Noah Joshua  Barrett announce his passing on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Corner Brook Long Term Care, Palliative Care Unit at the age of 78 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Margaret Barrett, Deborah MacKenzie (Paul) and Paul Barrett (Tuyet); grandsons: Brandon MacKenzie (Brooke), Joshua Barrett and Minh Vuong Toan; brothers Wayne (Estelle) Barrett and Terry (Patsy) Barrett; sister-in-law Greta Barrett and loyal companion Jake; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife June Daisy Barrett (nee Diamond), parents William and Margaret Barrett, sister Irene (Jim) Hefford and brother Albert Clyde (Andy) Barrett. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday, October 18 from the hours of 2-4 p.m. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
