MORRIS George Frederick St. George’s, NL November 13, 1934 – March 14, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Frederick Morris announce his sudden passing at his Family Residence, St. George’s on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the age of 75 years. He will be sadly missed by his children: Brian Delaney, Mount Pearl and Tyson Oliver, Nova Scotia and their families as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents Frederick and Georgiana Morris; brothers: Arthur; infant brother George Charles Henry, and Charles George. To honor George’s wishes Cremation has taken place at the Humber Valley Crematorium. A graveside service and burial will take place on Wednesday, March 24th, 2010 at St. Mary The Virgin Anglican Cemetery in St. George's at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Canon David Pearce officiating, where he will take his final resting place next to his mother. Immediately following the graveside service the family invites you back to the Royal Canadian Legion, St. George’s. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a Charity of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, West Street, Stephenville Crossing.
