Obituary of Anne Marie Crossley (CARD OF THANKS)

The family of Anne Crossley would like to express our thanks and gratitude to all those who showed us love, support, generosity and comfort during this difficult time.  It has brought us joy in the midst of sorrow to know how much our mom meant to you all. 

To everyone who has called, sent messages, made a donation, and brought food to dad please know we truly appreciate your kindness and generosity. It has been overwhelming to know how many lives Anne has touched.

We would like to give a special thank you to the nurses at Palliative Care. The kindness and compassion shown on those days was amazing and so very much appreciated. Words cannot express how we really feel for the outpouring of support given to us.  Your kindness will always be remembered.  Mom will be forever missed and will live in our hearts forever.

Anne Marie Crossley (nee. Power)

January 7, 1948 to December 4, 2023

It is with tremendous sadness we announce the sudden passing of Anne Marie Crossley nee: Power in Corner Brook, Newfoundland on December 4, 2023.

Known as “Marie” to her brother and sisters, Anne is survived by her loving husband Don of Corner Brook, NL; children Blake (Candice) of Fort McMurray, AB and Alison (Paul) Marshall of Winnipeg, MB; grandchildren Nathaniel, Kaleb, Emily and Sophie; sister Margaret Power of Stephenville, NL and extended family and many close friends from work, swimming and the gym.

There will be no public visitation, at her request cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers please make donations to a Parkinson’s Foundation in Anne’s memory.

A celebration of life will be held in Summer 2024.
