ANDREW HUMBER CORNER BROOK,NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Humber announce his passing on Sunday, April 4th, 2010 at his residence at the age of 88 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons: Edward (Marie), Richard (Peggy), Andy (Rachel), Gerard (Beth), Terrence (Lori), Melvin (Sylvia), David, Glenn and John (Giselle); daughters: Cassandra Walsh (Jim) and Diana; daughter-in-law: Pat Humber; 25 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sisters: Elizabeth Dobbin, Eliza Sharpe and Melvina Brake; sister-in-law: Dorothy Humber; brothers-in-law: Donald Stuckless and Eugene Sheppard; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his wife Angela (1992), parents: Edward and Cassie Humber; brother: Cyril and sisters: Rachel, Marion, Edna and Jeanette. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Wednesday evening from 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 8th at 10:30 A.M. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, Monsignor Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the MS Society.
