It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing of a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin Necobi Melinda Renee Lambert, at her family residence in Deer Lake on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

Left to mourn this devastating loss is her mom, Margie; sisters Charmaine Lambert of Deer Lake, NL and Shyanne Watson of Guelph, ON; nieces and nephews: Dillon, Zachary, Chase, Teegan, Tateanna, and Summer; her chosen sisters and nieces Tara Saunders and Lana Gabbard; her special niece/daughter Kyra Saunders; nieces and nephews Macy, Desiree, and Walker Gabbard; maternal aunts and uncles Jim (Debbie), Dave (Yvonne), Helen, Colleen (Calvin) and Alice; father Wayde;  paternal aunts and uncles Diane (Eric), Pat (Dale), Trudy (Rob), Dana (Dean), Danny, Dale, Sandy (Bruce); special family uncle Herb (Hilda), Kim, Johnny, Ruth, Euclid, Rob, and Trudy; and special friends Frankie and Emily King.

Predeceased by son Baby Zachary; brother Stephen Tapp; grandparents Ernest and Lillian Tap of Pasadena and Nelson and Frances Lambert; aunts Mary, Lorraine, Teena, Melinda; uncles Llewellyn, Johnny, and Dwayne; cousins Michelle, Ashley, Smantha, and Daniel; special aunt and uncle, Clouston and Lila; also special best friends Alonzo Goulding and Lucy Turpin.

A visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place at Emmanual Pentecostal Church, 45 Bennett Avenue, Deer Lake on Friday, January 12, 2024, at 2 pm with Pastor Jeffrey White officiating.
