Juliette Joncas

May 17, 1949 - January 15, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Juliette Joncas announces her passing on Monday, January 15th 2024 at the Long Term Care Unit of the CMS de Blanc Sablon at the age of 74 years. Juliette will always be remembered by her beautiful smile and loving personality. Leaving to mourn with fond memories are her son Shane (Dana), grandchildren Shayna (Austin), Billy (Naomi) and Tommy, great grandchild Nyla, Niece Shawna (Terry) and her sons Michael (Alicia, Owen and Mitch), Jeremy (Marie-Pierre, Nate), Siblings: Maria (Roland), Leopold (Alice), Bernard, Yvon (Gladys), Ulric, Gérald and brothers in law Irving, Eugene (Linda) ,Harry and Pius and sister in law Betty (Guy) as well as a very large circle of nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents Yvonne Jones and Joseph Joncas. Her loving husband William Walsh, her beautiful daughter Shannon Walsh, her mother in law Annie Lavallée and father in law Narcisse Walsh, her sister Jeanette and sisters in law Marie Blanche, Nicole, Linda (Dave), Marie (Alan), Ruby and Monica,  and Cornelius ( Therese ) Clayton .Visitation will take place at the chapel of peace in Lourdes de Blanc Sablon on Tuesday January 16th 2024 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm for anyone who would like to say their respects. The funeral service will take place from the church on Friday, January 19th at 11:00 AM.  We would like to extend our most sincere thank you to the staff of the Long Term Care Unit for helping us through this hard time. We will forever be grateful for how well you all cared for our loved one.
