Obituary of Glenda Elaine Gill

It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Glenda Elaine Gill (nee Brake) announce her passing on January 27, 2024, at the age of 73 years.  Glenda passed away peacefully at Western Long Term Care home, surrounded by her loving family.
 

She will be forever loved and missed by her husband David; daughters Kelly (Stephen) and Katie (Giovanni); son Richard (Kira); grandchildren: Emma, Charlotte, Bailey, Anthony, Delilah, Layton, Ryatt, and Paisley-Marie; Mother Vivian; brothers: Gerald (Jennie), Terry, Darcy (Tracey); sisters: Cavell (Bob), Carolyn (Fred); sister-in-law Verna as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  

She was predeceased by her father Murdock; brothers Rodney, Stirling, and sister Wanda.
 

The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from St. George’s Anglican Church, Robinson’s, NL with The Rev. Norman Cutler officiating.  Inurnment will follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, McKay's.

 

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a Charity of One’s Choice.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.

 

The Gill family would like to thank everyone who has offered support, prayers, and comfort during their time of loss.
