It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hulda Elizabeth Selma announce her passing on February 3rd, 2024, at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, NL at the age of 53 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughter: Stacey Jararuse (Chad), granddaughter: Theresa Mae Pijogge; step grandson: Jack Coombs; brothers: Nicodemus Jararuse and Jacko Jararuse (Alice); sisters: Tama Jararuse-Henry (Carl), Lilly Jararuse, Harriet Nochasak, Ernestina Lampe (Julius), and Harriet Jararuse. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Hulda was predeceased by her parents: Theresia (Nochasak) and Lude Jararuse; and daughter: Kathleen Mitchell.

The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024 at 2:00 pm from the Moravian Church in Makkovik, NL with Elizabeth Evans-Mitchell officiating. Interment to follow at the Moravian Cemetery , Makkovik, NL.
