It is with great sadness that the children of Mary Elizabeth Loder announce her passing on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 76 years.
Forever loved by her children: John Loder (Jen), Tammy Day (Cory), Marsha Hilliard (Ivan), bonus daughter: Shelly (Jamie); siblings: Linda Patey, Wade Collier (Lisa), Sharon Park (Terry), Paula (Glenn); grandchildren: Sarah-Francis, Katie, Maya, James, Erica; long-time partner: Peter Anderson; beloved pet: Keita, her constant companion. Mary is also survived by a large circle of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mary was predeceased by her parents: Joseph and Florence Collier; brother-in-law: Fred Patey; niece: Rikki Lee Butt; and grandchildren: Jacob and Joseph Hilliard.
As per Mary’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service taking place.
In memory of Mary, donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
