Timothy Archibald Rumbolt

December 28, 1981 – March 23, 2024

Timothy Archibald Rumbolt (Little Tim or Timmy) Age 42 of Mary’s Harbour, NL, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 23, 2024, at Labrador Grenfell Health Clinic in Mary’s Harbour.

The Funeral service will be held at St. Mary the Virgin Church, date and time to be announced in the coming days, with Rev. Jennifer Rumbolt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary the Virgin Cemetery. 

Timothy was born in Mary’s harbour to Timothy and Mary Rumbolt on December 28, 1981. He worked as an Airstrip Operator for most of his career, a job he loved, alongside many wonderful co-workers he thought so much about and many lifelong friendships were made there.

Timothy was an avid volunteer, serving as counsellor for the Town of Mary’s Harbour for many years, a proud member, and Captain on the Mary’s Harbour Fire Brigade and most recently a dedicated volunteer to the newly formed Ground Search and Resue team. Once he took on a roll, he did it with professionalism, with dedication and with a drive to do whatever he could to help anyone he could.

Timothy is survived by his beloved wife, Susanna, their three children, Ryan (Tiffany), Andrea, and Allison (Mitchell), his two beautiful granddaughters, Nevaeh and Kira whom he adored. His mother, Mary, who was the center of his world, brothers Terry (Jackie), Tony (Laura), Harvey (Juanita) and sister Sharon (Ron), many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews whom he loved with all his heart. He is predeceased by his father, Timothy Sr., big brother Dean and a large circle of family and friends.

In lieu  of flowers, the family of the late Timothy Rumbolt ask that donations be made to the Mary’s Harbour Fire Department in his memory.
