Obituary of Algie Cisco Perry

May 9, 1943 - April 12, 2024

We are saddened to announce the passing of the late Helzi "Algie" Cisco Perry of Hawke's Bay, NL. on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Care Centre, at the age of 80.  

He leaves to mourn his beloved brother David "Dick" (Thelma) Perry, granddaughter Hailey Sinnicks, daughter Hazereth Tucker, brother-in-law Garland Applin, sisters-in-law: Carmen, Beatrice, Geraldine, Marion, Ethel and special  friend Phyllis House. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.

Algie is predeceased by his parents Ester and Bartholomew Perry, his wife Annie Sinnicks, son Ivan Sinnicks, siblings:  Ruben (Beth), Hubert, Nigel, Bartholomew, James, Senna (Fredrick), Bethia (Jesse) and Adelaide (David), In-Laws:  Millie (Adam) Coombs, Marina Applin, Daisy (Larry) Perry, Hazel (Wilfred) Hughes, Sam Sinnicks, Guy (Marion) Sinnicks, Wilfred Sinnicks, Roseanna and Victoria Sinnicks.

An expression of thanks is extended to the caring staff of the Rufus Guinchard Health Care Centre.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Holy Innocents Anglican Church in Hawke's Bay NL from 1pm -9pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 2pm. The Reverend Canon Vernon Short and Pastor Kaleb March Officiating. 

Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery in River of Ponds, NL.
