The family of Donna Gae Rogers is saddened to announce that on the morning of her 73rd Birthday, April 30, 2024, Gae passed away peacefully at Western Memorial Hospital, Corner Brook Newfoundland with family by her side. Born in Perth Ontario, Gae was predeceased by her parents Evelyn (Mahon) and Ernest Rogers and her brother Ken. She was the cherished sister of Cheryl (Allan Macdonell), Jo-Ann (Charlie Wilson) and Debby Robertson. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and many dear family and friends.

Gae was a Registered Nurse graduate of St. Joseph's School of Nursing Hotel Dieu Hospital in Kingston Ontario and worked in Kingston, Calgary, and Yellowknife. She completed the Community Health Nursing Program at Memorial University in St. John's NL and worked as a Public Health Nurse in Grenfell Health Services in Fogo Island, Flowers Cove, and St. Anthony. She joined Western Health in 1995 and worked as a Public Health Nurse in Stephenville, Corner Brook, and Pasadena where she served the community for many years.

Cremation has taken place. "Celebration of Life" for family and friends will take place in Perth Ontario at a later date.
