It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald James Hopkins announce his passing on May 22nd, 2024, at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 69.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sisters: Marina Best, Rosamond Blake, Evelyn Rose, Ruth (Jordon) Hope, Irene Oliver, and Dolly McCutcheon; sister-in-law: Marie Rich; and brother-in-law: Andy Laracy. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Ronald is predeceased by parents: Jane and Arthur Hopkins; sisters: Linda Hopkins and Katherine Hopkins; and brothers: Job (Dora) Hopkins, and Richard Rich.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at 2:00 pm from the United Church, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Mud Lake Improvement Committee.

Special thanks to the staff of 6 East St. Clare’s and Labrador Health Centre.
