Percival Howard Vallis Meadows, NL Percival Howard Vallis, beloved husband of Minnie J. (Kendall) Vallis for 61 years. Leaving to celebrate his life are three sons: Benjamin (Linda), Bradley (Matilda) and adopted son, Lee; three daughters: Holly (Rob Normore), Terrye (Larry Hunt) and Patsy ; eleven grandchildren: Nicole, Angela, Brent, Christopher, Chantille, Shannon, Amanda, Matthew, Andrew, Victoria and Colby; seven great grandchildren: Kiersten, Katie, Allison, Dean Jr., Lauren, Sunara and Olivia; special nephew: Jeff; as well as a large circle of nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter: Sheila Jane; mother and father: Bertha and Benjamin; brothers: Cecil and Gerald. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 19th at 11:00 a.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. Marks Avenue. Reverend Malcolm Palmer and Archbishop Stewart Payne officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
