Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at her home in Deer Lake Mary Ann Ball, on Tuesday May 25th, 2010 at the age of 95. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Clarice (Reuben) Critch, daughter in law Delphine Ball, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, brothers: Raymond (Irene) Curlew, Reidsville, Calvin (Dorothy) Deer Lake, Winston, Deer Lake, Harry (Barbara), Deer Lake, Douglas (Gladys) B.C, Donald, Ontario, sisters: Sadie Shears, Port aux Basques, Renee Dinney, Deer Lake and sister in law Joan Curlew, Deer Lake as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence, son Calvin, daughter Doris, brothers: James, Harold, Roy, sisters: Bertha, May, Pearl and her parents James and Emma Curlew. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Wednesday from the hours of 3-5 & 7-9 PM, The Funeral service will be held on Thursday May 27th at 2:00 PM from the Salvation Army Church with Majors Wayne and Betty Ann Pike officiating. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, High Street. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Hospital Foundation, Kidney Department.
