It is with great sadness that the family of Wanda Pardy announce her passing, on Friday, June 28, 2024, in Corner Brook at the age of 66 years.

 Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her Husband: Tony Pardy; Daughters: Krista Abbott, Robin Blake (Byron Blake); Mother: Elizabeth Wall; Siblings: Gary Wall (Glenda Wall), Angie Targett (Danny Targett), Janice Kearney (Pat Kearney); Grandkids: Hayleigh, Logan, Chase, Cole, Brayden; Sister-in-law: Denise Chippett (Cliff Chippett); and her Fur babies: Kona and Sadie.

Wanda was pre-deceased by her Father George Wall and her dog Riley.

Visitations for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 2, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9pm at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue in Corner Brook. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 3 at 11:00am at Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue in Corner Brook with Rev. Canon Tanya White officiating. A private interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers will be graciously accepted or donations in Wanda’s memory may be made to Western Long Term Care Home’s Palliative Care Unit.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Emergency Department, ICU, 5C, and Palliative Care teams. We deeply appreciate the exceptional care provided by all the doctors and nurses.
