It is with great sadness that the family of the late Anthony (Tony) O’Flaherty announce his passing at his residence on Monday, July 1, 2024 at the age of 69 years. Leaving to mourn his son, Allan; brother Pat and sister Allie; nieces and nephews: Sheyanne, Christopher, Chantelle, Renee, Tammy, April and Crystal; as well as many friends and relatives. He is predeceased by his parents, Patrick Sr. and Frances O’Flaherty, sister Barbara and brothers David and Dennis. Tony enjoyed a quiet and simple life, which entailed a good game of darts or pool, scratch tickets and riding his bike up and down Curling Street. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 4th at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.; at which time there will be a prayer service followed by interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Reverend Cynthia Haines Turner officiating.
