Obituary of Alexander Rodderick Pardy Rich

It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Alexander Rodderick Pardy-Rich announce his passing on August 28, 2024, at the Janeway Children’s Hospital, St. John’s, NL at just 13 days old.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his parents: Shyanne Pardy and Cameron Rich; aunts and uncles: Marshal Pardy, Nevaeh Pardy, Paris Noble, Sara Saunders, Tyrone Rich, Penelope Rich, Ashanti Rich, Shipu Benuen, Orlando Rich, Jean Pasteen, and Steven Rich; grandparents: Joelene Pardy, Stan Noble, Paul Vader, Anne Megan Rich, Peter Pasteen, Dawn Marie Rich and Draper Penunsi; great grandparents: Rodderick Pardy, Lottie Rich, Angela Pasteen, Peter Pasteen Jr and Craig Dicker; as well as a large circle of other relatives, aunts, uncles and friends.

Alexander was predeceased by: Joyce Mesher, Henry Mesher, Joice Allen, Guido Rich, Munik Rich, Lisa Rich, and Mistapinip Rich.

A visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, on Sunday, September 1st, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (family only), and from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (public).

The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, starting at 2:00 p.m. from St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, with Rev Nellie Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery.
