Obituary of Michelle Parsons
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Michelle Bernadette Parsons announce her passing on September 10th, 2024, at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL at the age of 57 years.
Michelle embodied love and kindness, radiating warmth wherever she went. Her family was her everything, and her heart swelled with joy when she served others. Her unwavering faith in the Lord prepared her a sacred place in the hereafter. We eagerly await our reunion with Michelle, and may her love and legacy endure forevermore.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband: Danny Swearinger; children: Nicole Parsons (Kai) and Natalie Dewhurst (Chris); grandchildren: Abigail Burden (Boot), Noah Parsons and Everett Parsons; parents: Leander and Margaret Parsons; sister: Paula Parsons (Preston Snow); brother: Leander Parsons Jr; cousins: Anna Goudie, Charlene Hunt, Sydney Goudie, Nolan Walsh, Ally Acreman, Paul Acreman, Wyatt Hunt and Wayne Hunt; as well as a large circle of extended relatives and friends.
Michelle was predeceased by her brother: James Edgar.
A visitation will take place at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL on Friday, September 13th, 2024 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at 2:00 pm from the United Church, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL with Rev Alice Moores officiating. A reception will be held at 42 Valleyview Drive, Happy Valley-Goose Bay immediately following the service.
