Obituary of Gert Keefe
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gert Keefe announces her passing at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley – Goose Bay, NL, on Friday, September 27th, 2024, at the age of 53 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her fiancé, Clancy Dyson; children, Stacy (Jamie), Dayna (DJ), and Daisy (Angus); grandchildren, Dawson, Clara, Damon, Alexa, Dray, Summer and Deejay; mother, Eileen Keefe; brothers, Jim (Amelia), Wayne (Beulah) and Larry; sisters, Mary (Clement), Ann (Tom), Barb (Mike), Madonna (Philip) and Trina (Brent); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Gert was predeceased by her father, Stephen Keefe; brother Gerald Keefe; grandparents, Thomas and Bessie Keefe, James Dennis and Maude Keefe.
Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley – Goose Bay, NL, on Monday, September 30th, 2024, from the hours of 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
There will be no formal service at this time.
