DICKS Peter Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Peter Dicks announce his passing on Saturday, March 13th, 2005 at the Palliative Care Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 87 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife Joan; son Joseph (Lenora), Fredricton, NB; daughters: Rita (Carl) Brake, Corner Brook and Joan (Greg) Watton, Cobourg, ON; son-in-law Tim Kryski, Pasadena; eight grandchildren: Adrienne and Jennifer Brake, Peter and Adele Dicks, Matthew and Samuel Watton, Nicole Howlett and Katrina Kryski; sister Margaret Dicks, Corner Brook; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his son Peter Dicks, daughter Catherine Kryski, sister Mary Dicks, brothers Vincent and Joseph, parents Joseph and Catherine Dicks. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, March 16th at 10:30 A.M. from All Hallows Church, Humber Road, officiated by Fr. Gordon Grace. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Receiving Chapel. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital or to the charity of one's choice.
