Melvin Coish

It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Melvin Coish announce his passing at Western Memorial Palliative Care Unit in Corner Brook on October 17, 2024, at the age of 85 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughters Ruth Burry (Sean) and Carolyn Coish; grandchildren DJ and Daniel; brother Wilfred (Joan); sisters Marjorie (Neville Kean), Sylivia (Roger Flood), and Donna (Gary Guinchard).
Melvin was predeceased by his wife Beatrice (nee Brown), parents Greta and Morley Coish; and brother Bert (Bertha).
Many thanks to the staff at the Palliative Care Unit for their kindness and to dad’s homecare workers Amanda Reid and Marie Young.
Honouring Melvin’s wishes, cremation has taken place. No services will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life and an Interment will be announced at a later date.
