It is with great sorrow that the family of Brian Anthony Bennett announce his passing at his residence in St. John's on October 4, 2024 at the age of 72 years.
He will be sadly missed by his family ; his daughter Trina (Kelly) Wells, his son Brian (Marsha) Alexander and grand daughter Claire, brothers: Gordon (Margo) of Ontario, Charles (Rita) of British Columbia; Doris Carolyn (Colin) Budgell, of St. John's, Deborah (Michelle), of St. John's. Also leaving to mourn his special friend Lissett Fisher and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Respecting Brian’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
There will be a burial side service at the Roman Catholic cemetery in Stephenville Crossing in July 2025. A specific date to be announced later. At Brian’s request, after the inurnment, he would like ffriends and family to meet for a bonfire on Black Bank Beach to celebrate his life. Specifics will be posted closer to the date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a food bank.
