ELIZABETH FRANCES PARSONS (nee MacDonald) Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Parsons announce her passing on Sunday, July 11th, 2010 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, at the age of 86 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Shirley (Hayward) Cook, Eric (Betty), William (Eileen), Marion “Pam” (Vernon) Stewart, Daisy (Dominic) Nolan, Charles (Susan), Bernice (Gary) Comeau, Mary (Harley) Ulmer, Lloyd (Donna) and Audrey (Michael) Crockwell; son-in-law: Brian Murphy; 15 grandchildren: Denise, Joanne, Danny, Shannon, Leslie, Dustin, Jillian, Lisa, Lucas, Danica, Jonathan, Matthew, Terry-Lynn, Jason and Veronica; eight great grandchildren; brothers-in-law: George Parsons, Garfield (Ruth) Piercey; sister-in-law: Mary Parsons as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Charles Llewellyn; son: Chesley; daughters: Elizabeth Murphy and Leona Parsons; grandsons: Jeffrey and Richard. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling street on Monday, 2-4 and 7-9:00p.m. and on Tuesday, 2-4 p.m. followed by cremation at Humber Valley Crematorium. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 14th at 2:00 p.m. from St. Ambrose Anglican Church, John’s Beach. Reverend Nellie Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
