Darrell Kevin Hoyles
January 29, 1968 – November 21, 2024

It is with great sadness that the family of Darrell Kevin Hoyles announce his sudden passing on November 21, 2024 at the Health Science Center in St. Johns. He was 56 years old.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Jocelyn Alipio, daughter Sarah Hoyles, father and stepmother Lester and Sheila Hoyles, siblings: Craig Hoyles, Lisa Karen Hoyles (Jason Atack), Brent Hoyles (Krista Park); father-in-law Adorable Alipio, mother-in-law Mildred Alipio, sister-in-law Jovelyn Passion and brother-in-law Jojo Alipio; Joni Boland, the mother of his daughter Sarah, and his beloved cat Gary.

Darrell was a deeply loved and cherished husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was funny and extremely witty with a heart of gold. He enjoyed walks and rides with his cats and joyful fearless adventures. The beach was where he was the happiest.

Darrell was predeceased by his mother Nora George and daughter Annabelle Hoyles.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the CICU at the Health Science Center in St. Johns for their care and support. He has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. See you later alligator... (a phrase he used often with loved ones)
