It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary “Wilhelmina” Osmond announce her peaceful passing on Tuesday, November 28th, 2024 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 91st year.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, sons Doug, Craig (Lynn), Peter (Debbie); grandchildren Crista (Cory) Brake, Cory (Carla), Spencer (Karie-Ann), Emily (Andrew) Miller, Nikki (Scott) Magro, Shawn (Laura) Telo; great-grandchildren Tyler (Maria) Brake, Kassidy Brake (Thomas), Gabrielle and Nicholas Osmond, Max, Harrison and Aubrey Telo and Emmett and May Magro. Plus many Nieces and Nephews whom she loved dearly.

She was predeceased by her loving and devoted husband, Bill Osmond. Brothers/Sisters-in-law Les (Rene) Mitchell, Jerry (Jeanette) Mitchell, Maxwell (Joan) Mitchell; Sisters/Brothers-in-law Alma (Jim) Allen, Ann (Bill) Hilliard and Niece Diane Bugden.

The family would like to express gratitude to the healthcare professionals at Western Memorial Regional Hospital Emergency Department as well as the 5C Stroke Unit for their care, kindness, compassion and support during this difficult time.

Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Monday, December 2nd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral will take place on Tuesday, December 3rd in Fillatre’s Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Van Vliet officiating. Her final resting place will be at Mount Patricia Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the First United Church Restoration Fund or the Shriner’s Hospital Fund.
