Frank Hepditch

BA, MA

Passed away peacefully on November 28, 2024, at the Mariposa House Hospice, in his 85th year. Born October 17, 1940 in Clattice Harbour, Newfoundland.

Frank Hepditch of Orillia, beloved husband of Sharon Ruth (nee Miller) and the late Gayle Arthur. Predeceased by siblings Sarah Margaret Hepditch, John Hepditch, Mary Coleman, Patrick Hepditch, Ray Hepditch and Leo Hepditch. He will be fondly remembered by his large extended family many who still live in Frank's homeland, Newfoundland. 

Beloved brother-in-law to Marlene and Walter Bulas, Paul and Barb Miller, Murray and Lynn Miller, and Patricia Miller. Adored uncle by many nieces and nephews.

Frank had a passion for teaching not only students but other colleagues through many catholic school boards, always wanting the best for others. In his retirement, he enjoyed traveling, fundraising for his community through St. Paul's United Church, playing bridge, and was an elite member of the "Romeo group" where many golf games were had and treasured friendships were made.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Frank's Life will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Friday, December 6th from 11 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 1 p.m.  Reception to follow.  For those unable to attend, please click on the following link to register and watch the service https://event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=b5642f0d-2e2c-4452-afb7-842f06878f95
