AUSTIN JOHN RYAN Port Saunders, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Austin Ryan announce his passing on Tuesday, July 20th, 2010 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Imelda; sons: Barry (Myra), Myron (Carolann), Melvin (Ann); daughter: Carla (Kevin); grandchildren: Jason, Rebecca, Brandon, Adam, Ryan, Laura, Joshua and Todd; great grandchildren: Drew and Devin; sister: Philomena; brothers: Brendon, Clarence, John, Kevin and Jim; as well as large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sister: Sophie; brother: William; parents: Jack and Elsie Ryan. The family are receiving friends at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Port Saunders on Wednesday, 7-9:00 p.m. and Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m.; from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, July 23rd at 3:00 p.m. with Father Lee Lainey officiating. Interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove.
