Olive Mary Beaudoin

April 22, 1946 - January 12, 2025

Passed away peacefully at the John M. Gray Long Term Care Centre in St. Anthony with her loving family by her side on the 12th day of January, 2025, Olive Beaudoin in her 78th year.

Olive’s greatest love was her family; she loved them all unconditionally. She was a lover of music and was a great accordion player. She was overjoyed at the chances she got to play music with her three brothers; Ned, Tom and Calvin. She loved to knit and play cards. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who were lucky to have known her. 

Olive leaves to mourn her husband of 60 years: Frank Beaudoin; Daughter: Judy (Marcel); Son: Raymond (Lavinia); Grandchildren: Guy (Chelsey), Matthew (Dominique), Andrew (Jennifer); Great Grandchildren: Koen and Oceanna; Brothers: Edward (Winnie) Myers, Calvin Myers; Sisters-in-law: Eileen Myers, Emily Caines, Laura (Phil) Aucoin: Brother-in-law: Aimee (Leona) Beaudoin.

She is predeceased by her parents: Thomas and Annie Myers; Brother: Thomas Myers; Sister: Annie; Sister-in-law: Kathleen Myers; Father and Mother-in-law: Aimee and Florence Beaudoin; Sister-in-law: Kathleen Myers and several brother and sister in laws in the Beaudoin family. 

The family would like to extend their most sincere appreciation to the staff at the John M. Gray for their amazing care during her two and half year stay and their gratitude for going above and beyond for her and the family during her time in palliative care. 

A celebration of life will take place on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 2 pm at Saint Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church in Port au Choix with Father Jaison Officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
