It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ralph Leo Rumbolt announce his passing on March 13, 2018 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his loving wife Peggy, parents Sidney and Matilda Rumbolt, brother Sidney Jr. Rumbolt (Jean), sister Evelyn, baby bother Henry, brothers-in-law Ted, Fred, Hugh and baby Larry Ledrew. Remembering Ralph with loving memories are his children Brian (Aileen) grandchildren: Jennifer, Colin and Ian; Susan (Darrell) grandson Stephen; Greg (Noeleen) granddaughter Anna; sisters: Mary Madore and Margaret (George) Boljkovac; brother Ronald Rumbolt; brothers-in-law: Peter (Dale) Ledrew and Tim (Maria) Ledrew; nieces: Carolyn (Tony) Tavenor and Joshua and Charlotte, Alison (Dave) Alexander and Danna; nephews: Danny (Amy) Boljkovac and Michael and many family and close friends. A special thank you to Dr. Bob O’Driscoll (Bev) and to nurses Mary Dennis Gallant, Jackie Knee, Christa Dyke, Lori Bessey, Tammy Baldwin, Lana Payne and Beulah Wiseman our angels in the Palliative Care Unit of Western Memorial Hospital. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 17 at 10:00 a.m. from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Receiving Chapel. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
