ALOYAL GARFIELD MURRIN COX’S COVE, NL November 22, 1940 – August 11, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Aloyal Murrin announce his passing on Wednesday, August 11th, 2010 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 69 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories : his wife, Jean Murrin; children: Michelle Murrin, Brampton, ON; Jason Murrin (Yuki Murrin); Japan; grandchildren: Jennifer Murrin, Gavin Roberts, Mea Roberts, Ray Murrin and Riley Murrin; sister: Mina Penney, Brantford, ON; brothers: Steven (Linda) Cox’s Cove and Freeman (Hilda), Brampton, ON; sisters-in-law: Jane Clark, Suzanne (Ferdnand); brother-in-law: Noel (Joan), Peter (Margot) and James (Carole); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents: Richard and Selina Murrin; brothers: Mathias Murrin and his wife Shirley and Joseph Clark; sisters: Vivian and Gladys Murrin; brother-in-law: Hayward Penney; mother and father-in-law: Edna and Harold Henderson. Visitation will take on Thursday and Friday from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from St. Nicholas Anglican Church, Cox’s Cove, from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 14th at 1:00 p.m. A service to commemorate Aloyal’s life will be held on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. from the church for friends and family to pay tribute. Reverend Roberta Woodman officiating. Interment to follow at the Church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted .
