Georgina Blanchard Woody Point, NL May 3, 1941 - August 19, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Georgina Blanchard announce her passing on Thursday, August 19th, 2010 at the Bonne Bay Health Care Centre in Norris Point at the age of 69 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Milton; sons: Jeff (Glenda), Gregory (Evelyn), Lawrence (Kim); daughters: Melissa (Glenn), Jacqueline (Stacey); grandchildren: Adam, Adrian, Rebecca, Patrick, Grant, Alex, Jack, Benjamin, and Andrew; brother Ralph (Kim); sisters: Melissa (Rol), Shirley (Myron), Theresa (Wayne), and Vida (Bruce), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Annie and Basil Crocker; brother Lawrence Crocker; sisters: Lorinda Crocker, Geraldine Crocker, Cedella Stahan and grandson Timmy Anderson. Friends may visit the Anglican Church of the Epiphany in Woody Point on Friday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 21st at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Olsson officiating. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Anglican Church in Woody Point.
