MAXWELL WALTER ROSE Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Max Rose announce his passing on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the Bay St. George Long Term Home, Stephenville Crossing at the age of 92 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his three sons: George Rose (Marion), Corner Brook, Robert Rose (Brenda), St. Judes and Garfield Framp (Mary), Gaultois; five grandchildren: Kenny Rose, Jocelyn Marshall, Gary (Valerie) Framp, Gregory (Lillian) Framp and Linda Framp (Jason); as well as great grandchildren; step-brother: Norm Rose (Julie), Harbour Breton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Nellie, 1989; brothers: Clyde and Tom Rose and sister Alma Meade. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Monday, 7-9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street on Wednesday, November 3rd at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Tanya White officiating, followed by interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to The Bay St. George Long Term Care Home or to the Alzheimer’s Society.
