ELIZABETH PEDDLE Corner Brook, NL May 20, 1924 - December 13, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Peddle announce her passing on Monday, December 13, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn her son Bruce (Jean) Peddle, Corner Brook; granddaughters: Deborah (Todd) Hann, Fall River, NS and Angela Peddle, Corner Brook; great-granddaughter Melissa Hann, Fall River, NS; sister Lillian Boland, Corner Brook; sister-in-law Martha (Max) Skeard, Corner Brook; brothers-in-law: Ben Peddle, Corner Brook and Whitfield Peddle, Ontario; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by her husband Colin Peddle, parents James Sr. And Jessie Drover, sister Jane Parsons, brothers Herbert and James Drover. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 16 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street with Major Frank Johnson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel or to a charity of one’s choice.
