It is with great sadness that the family of the late Courtney Payne announces his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, December 19th, 2010 at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is his companion: Margaret Lushman; her son: Calvin Lushman and the Lushman families; brother: Rod Payne, British Columbia; as well as other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 22nd at 11:00 A.M. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Curling, Reverend Karen Laldin officiating followed by in interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
