Lettie Anstey Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lettie Anstey announces her passing at Corner Brook Long Term Care Centre on Monday, January 3rd, 2011 at the age of 84 years. Leaving to mourn are her children: Allan Anstey (Susan), Scarborough, ON, David Anstey (Mary), ON, Bruce Anstey (Helen), Halifax, NS, Derek Anstey, Ella, BC, Edna Vardy (Steve), Brampton, ON, Wanda Anstey, NB and Linda Henry (Kevin), Brampton, ON; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon, 1992; parents: George and Elizabeth Gillingham, as well as her brothers and sisters. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Friday, 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 8th at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, Reverend Tanya White officiating, followed by interment at the family plot, Townsite Cemetery, Montgomery Street. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
