It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Joseph King announce his passing on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL at the age of 86 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Zita; children: Genevieve King-"Alexander", Hilliard King, Brian (Paula) King; grandchildren: Becky Alexander (Dwayne Benoit), Lawrence Alexander, Maurice Alexander, Shane Falle, Gordon Lucas, Crystal Cazimir, Brian King; great-grandchildren: Steven Rideout, Lawrence Rideout, Mark Alexander, Austin Alexander, Brady Alexander, Noah Alexander-Benoit, Jake Alexander-Benoit, Ty Lucas, Nash Lucas, Memphis Cazimir, Okley Cazimir, Chvey King, Landon King; brother Clayton King; ex-son-in-law Ernest Alexander as well as nieces, nephews other family and friends. He was pre-deceased by his parents Edward & Viola King; son Gordon; sisters: Mildred and Theresa. To honor and respect Joseph’s wishes cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena, NL. There will be no visitation or service. Burial will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
