Joyce Florena Randell Corner Brook, NL June 18, 1929 – January 13, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joyce Randell announce her peaceful passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the age of 81 years. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Sharon (Ted Kawaja), Corner Brook; three grandchildren: Billy (Flora) Beijing, China, Beverly Anne (Robin), Happy Valley Goose Bay, and Kimberly (Brad), Calgary, AB; sister: Phyllis (Bob) Carbonear; as well she will be sadly missed by a number of brothers and sisters –in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Douglas Randell (1986); mother and father: Herbert and Annie Mansfield; three brothers: Clayton, Harry and Gilbert; five sisters: Flossie, Maude, Leona, Vera and Olive. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 15th at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street, Reverend Tanya White officiating. The interment will follow at the family plot, Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Friday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
