Obituary of James Terrance Abbott
It is with great sadness that the family of the Late James Terrance Abbott announce his passing on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Barachois Brook, NL at the age of 59 years. Leaving to mourn his sisters: Henrietta Bushey, Winnifred Young; brothers: Richard, Edwin, Gordon, Kenneth, Michael, Norman, Donald, Ross (Beth), David (Lisa), Robert and a large number of neices and nephews, other family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Effie and Austin Abbott; sisters: Linda Beatrice Young, Gertrude Ann Garland. Visitation will take place at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m.and funeral service will be Thursday, April 5, 2018, 2 p.m. at the St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church in St. George's with Rev. Canon Ruby Carter officiating. Inurnment will take place in the Anglican Church cemetery following the Service. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of ones’ choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
