It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patricia Myrden announces her passing on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 at Western Memorial Hospital at the age of 74 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband: James; four sons: Tim (Karen), Newmarket, ON, Steve (Cait), Glen Haven, NS, Barry (Audrey), French’s Forest, Australia, and Michael (Christine), Richmond Hill, ON; grandchildren: Amanda, Charlie, Jack, Declan, Zachary and Maya; brothers and sisters: Elizabeth “Bette” (Jerry) Cooke, Pauline (Jack, deceased) Myrden, Jean (Peter) Daniels, Mike (Barb) Quigley, Tim (Georgie) Quigley, Bill (Gen) Quigley, Maxine Quigley, Maureen (Tom) Brockway, Barb (Rich) Williams and Sheila (Les) Hoyles; brother and sisters-in-law: Gerry (Mona deceased) Myrden, Dallas (Doug, deceased) Penney and Dorothy (Dave deceased) Brown; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Timothy and Dorothy Quigley and brother, Thomas (Bud) Quigley. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 30th at 10:30 A.M. from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue, Monsignor Edwin Gale officiating. Burial to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one’s choice.
