FLORENCE PRISCELLA HURLEY Corner Brook, NL 				 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Florence Hurley (nee Grimes) announce her passing on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the Long Term Care Facility, Corner Brook at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 64 years Boyce Hurley; sons: Hugo (Jamie) Hurley and Everett (Janet) Hurley both of Ontario; daughters: Beverley (Russell) Small and Linda Hurley (Bill Kean) both of Corner Brook; grandchildren: Keven Hurley, Alberta, Natalie (Trent) Wells, Bradley Small, Timothy Small, Tiffany Small, William Kean Jr. and Vinson Kean, all of Corner Brook; great-grandchild Dylan Hurley, Alberta; step-granddaughters: Kerry (Allan) Martin, Ontario, Stacey Neilson (Paul) and Lisa Neilson (Michael), British Columbia; step-great-grandchildren: Jossalyan, Taiya, Ontario, Raelia, Taya, Myanah and Rowan, British Columbia; sisters-in-law: Vida Antle, Bishop’s Falls and Nellie Hurley, New Brunswick; brothers-in-law: Leslie (Vivian) Hurley and Ralph Hurley, Lewisporte; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Timothy and Matilda Grimes, sister Melvina Grimes, brothers Rex (Joan) and Nelson (Gwen) Grimes, brothers-in-law William Antle and Ford Hurley and sister-in-law Ethelyn Hurley. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Clayton Parsons officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
