Annie Olive McAllister December 14, 1919 - April 1, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie McAllister announce her passing on Friday, April 1st, 2011 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 91 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her three children: Brenda (John) Knee, Dallas Texas, David (Wanda) McAllister, Deer Lake, Diana (Jim) Kimberlin, Houston Texas; four grandchildren: Cathy (Chris) Ison, Kentucky, Susan (Dean) Simmons, Deer Lake, Kelly (Andreas) Merath, Toronto, Stephanie, Deer Lake; seven cherished great-grandchildren: Kyle, Dylan, Kaylee, Nicholas, Ryan, Isabella and Mitchell; brothers: Bryant (Betty) Caines, Deer Lake, John (Holly) Caines, Pasadena, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John and Alice Caines; sister Edna LeRoux and husband William McAllister. The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, July 10th at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, 20 Church Street, Deer Lake, NL, A8A 1E1. Major Winnie Burt officiating. Inurnment to follow at the Family Plot in the Roman Catholic section of the Inter-Denominational Cemetery, Deer Lake. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
