HERBERT “RICHARD” ANDERSON Meadows, NL December 6, 1937 - April 28, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Herbert “Richard” Anderson announce his passing on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 73 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 49 years Eva (nee Crocker); children: Beverly (Calvin Sheppard), Trout River, Lyndon Anderson (Sharon), Lower Sackville, NS and Lori Hann (Joseph Brake), Trout River; grandchildren: William Crocker (Mandy Doxtator), Sooke, BC, Christopher Crocker (Brianne), Sooke, BC, Amanda Gaudrault, Chatham, Ont., Samantha Hann (Simon Crowe), Brampton, Ont., Zachary Anderson, Lower Sackville, NS, Joshua Hann, Borden, Ont., and Jamie Anderson, Lower Sackville, NS; great-grandson Keagan Crowe, Brampton, Ont; sisters: Ivy Cassell, Deer Lake, Phyllis (James) Brake, Meadows and Belle (Abraham) Crocker, Meadows; brother Rendell (Jean) Anderson, Meadows; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Flossie Anderson, brother-in-law Alvin Cassell. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 1 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev.
