IRVINE ROY BARRETT Corner Brook, NL November 27, 1952 - May 14, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Irvine Roy Barrett announce his passing on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 58 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his parents Roy and Verna Barrett; brother Gordon (Paulette) Barrett; special buddy his dog Sherry; aunts: Doreen (Gerald) Tucker and Geneta Organ, Ontario; as well as a large circle of cousins, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Wallace and Clara Crocker and George and Pearl Barrett, aunts Nina Cashin and Jean Wattson. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Sunday 7-9 p.m. and Monday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Curling with Rev. Karen Laldin officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Mary’s Anglican Church Memorial Fund. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
