It is with great sadness that the family of the late CHESLEY ROBERTS announce his passing on Friday, April 29th, 2005 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 82. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 59 years Barbara (nee: Rose), son John & wife Janet, daughter Gayle & husband Pat Stuart, son-in-law Ed O'Brien; grandchildren Cameron & Ian Roberts, Gillian & Rachel Stuart, Heather & husband Wilson Stoke, Heidi & husband Shawn Rainault, great grandchildren Jack & Ben Rainault; brother Malcolm (Mac) Roberts of England, aunt Madge Bishop, sisters-in-law Alsie Elliott and Margaret Elliott and a large circle of special friends. Chesley was predeceased by his daughter Lynne O'Brien. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 3rd at 2:00 p.m. from the Humber United Church, Clarence Street Reverend Patricia Melindy officiating. Cremation will follow at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue Sunday & Monday from 2- 4 &
7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humber United Church.
